About the Book

General Epistles is a study of the book of Hebrews, and the letters of James, Peter and Jude.  The text emphasizes key cultural, historical, doctrinal, and practical themes of each book. Special attention is given to the application of biblical truths within the African context.

About the Author

Annette Newberry has been a missionary educator for 40 years. She has served in Malawi in East Africa, Jamaica in the West Indies, Belize in Central America, Bosnia and Herzegovina in Southern Europe, and in Singapore. She has been a visiting professor of Pentecostal Studies and Mission at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri, USA.

Mrs. Newberry has a B. S. degree in Intercultural Communications from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, Waxahachie, Texas, an M. A. Degree in Bible and Theology, an M. Div. degree, and a D. Min. degree with an emphasis on Pentecostal studies from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. She has written for several denominational publications and co-authored a course for Global University in Springfield, Missouri.
