The Pentateuch is a course that is foundational to our understanding of the entire Bible. In it we learn how the earth and cosmos came into being. We come to understand how people came to be on the earth as well as about God’s plan for them. As such, the Pentateuch answers some of the “Great Questions” of life: Where did people come from? Why are they here on earth? What is the truth about God? What is life all about? How did evil and death come into human history? From this study, you will gain knowledge about God’s creation and His plan for people. Hopefully, you will also gain a deeper understanding of your own purpose and how your life can fit into the overarching plan of God to bring every people, nation, tribe, and language into His eternal Kingdom!
